Mahyuddin & Siew is registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia), the Public Works Department (Jabatan Kerja Raya), Department of Drainage and Irrigation (Jabatan Pengaliran and Saliran), State Development Corporations (SEDCs) and other semi-government and privatised agencies.

At present, we operate from our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur as well as three branch offices situated in Malacca, Kuantan and Kedah.

Incorporated on 03 Aug 1974, Mahyuddin & Siew has its origins from a private limited company established by the pioneer partners in response to the Government policy of encouraging Bumiputera participation in business ventures.

Hence, our two founding principals, Haji Mahyuddin bin Shahabuddin and Siew Hoong Chong, amassed their resources and experience in the surveying profession to form Mahyuddin & Siew.

Twenty three years later, Haji Mahyuddin bin Shahabuddin settled for retirement and was succeeded by Abdul Majid bin Abdul Hamid. Mahyuddin & Siew continued its operation with both partners holding shares of 80% and 20% respectively. At present, Haji Mahyuddin still remains as an adviser to the Company.

Having been in the industry for 36 years, Mahyuddin & Siew have come a long way.

Today, we have grown to be one of the top land survey firm in Malaysia, with 5 licensed land surveyors managing 18 field survey teams backed by a team of dedicated office support personnel.

They include experienced CAD (Computer Aided Design) trained personnel in the Digital Mapping & Computerised Computation Department.

Skills, expertise and experience ensures success in any land survey projects.
